With all of the flavor combinations possible (there are more than 500 possibilities!), I am often asked what my favorites are, or what combinations sell the most.  So, I've put together a few combination suggestions and some 'Tried and True' favorites of myself and my customers.  (Scroll down to view the full list of flavors.)

***  White caramel cake is my signature flavor, and by far my best seller.  Fillings that are most frequently
ordered with it are strawberry, chocolate fudge, and raspberry buttercream.  I should note that the chocolate hazelnut filling is divine too!

***  Pink Champagne cake is superb with the White Chocolate mousse.  It is a great way to add instant
elegance to any occasion.

***  'Tiramisu-style Cake' is almond cake with a tiramisu (sweetened marscapone cheese & coffee) filling.  A dusting of cocoa powder is added between the layers as well.

***  'S'Mores Cake' is Chocolate cake with a sprinkling of graham cracker crumbs and marshmallow buttercream filling.

***  Bananas Foster-style cake: New Orleans style!  Rum-caramel filling & chopped pecans between 2 layers of moist delicious banana cake.

***  Deep Chocolate cake, of course, is very popular.  Most often requested with deep chocolate is raspberry or raspberry buttercream, closely followed by chocolate mousse & chocolate fudge.  My personal favorites however are deep chocolate with cheesecake or cookies & cream fillings.

***  Sunburst Citrus is one of the newest flavors, and quickly gaining popularity.  So far, the chocolate ganache or chocolate fudge fillings are most requested with it.  In the summer months, consider cream cheese to lighten the flavor a little!

***  My good friend has a favorite that we have come to call "Sprite Cake", though there is no Sprite in it.  It is a combination of lemon cake with a key lime flavored buttercream filling.  

 Below is a full list of my cake flavor and filling offerings.  You will see that buttercream is offered plain or flavored as a filling.  Here are some ideas for the flavors to get your tastebuds thinking: Chocolate, key lime, coconut, dreamsicle, strawberry, raspberry, espresso, peanut butter, cinnamon, passionfruit, honey, mint, rootbeer, mango, butterscotch...
